Baked a banana cake last night for my brother and sister-in-law's anniversary. I decided to frosted it with buttercream, and I have to say my technique is getting better. I still need practice to achieve the smooth finish though, but they loved it.
This next weekend it'll be quesitos time. My sister-in-law is hosting a candle show (where people go and buy candles) and she asked me to bake her some. I'll do the prep work Friday and hope to bake them early Saturday.
